Do I need anything besides the plugin?

The app of the tool you click: WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram or Signal on your computer, Teams or Zoom, or your softphone. Google Voice and WhatsApp Web work in the browser.

Does it work for my whole team?

Yes. Everyone with your company email shares the free allowance; Pro is per person per tool, managed in your dashboard.

Is my CRM data safe?

The plugin only reads the phone number and contact name on the page you click. Nothing else leaves your browser. Logging in your CRM (Pro) uses the CRM’s own secure connection.
