CallerPlugins started in early 2026 as a Viber button for Pipedrive, for people who were tired of copying numbers from their CRM into their phone. Users asked for WhatsApp, Teams and their own softphone, and for other CRMs. That became CallerPlugins: one Chrome extension per CRM, with every calling tool inside.
We keep it small on purpose. The extension reads only the phone number and contact name on the page you click, opens the app you chose and counts the click. It never sends messages for you and never reads the rest of your CRM.
We test every extension on the real CRM before it goes into the Chrome Web Store, and we publish what changed in the changelog.
