HubSpot has no built-in Google Voice integration, and its help page on calling apps doesn’t list Google Voice (checked 4 November 2026). You can still call a HubSpot contact through Google Voice in one click: a button next to the number opens voice.google.com in Chrome with that number ready. It works on every HubSpot plan, the free CRM included.
| What you need | What it costs you | Good fit when | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Copy the number into Google Voice | Google Voice open in another tab | Nothing, but a few seconds and a chance of typos per call | You make a handful of calls a day |
| CallerPlugins Google Voice button | Chrome, CallerPlugins for HubSpot and a Google Voice account | Your Google Voice plan. The buttons are free for 10 uses per tool per month, or 100 for your team with a confirmed company email | Your team already has Google Voice numbers and wants to call from HubSpot on any plan, without changing phone systems |
| HubSpot calling or a calling app | Sales or Service Hub Starter or higher for HubSpot calling, or an app from the HubSpot App Marketplace with its own numbers | HubSpot’s calling minutes, or a seat with that provider on top of HubSpot | You need recordings and call outcomes logged by HubSpot, and moving away from your Google Voice numbers is fine |

Start by adding CallerPlugins for HubSpot to Chrome and confirming your work email. Then pick the setup that matches the Google account your Voice number is on.

Nothing to install besides the extension, and no default app to change. The call runs in a Chrome tab through your Google Voice number.
The button opens the first Google account you are signed in to in Chrome (the /u/0 in the link). If your Voice number is on another account, Google Voice opens in the wrong one.
The exact link the button opens, and which Google Voice plans exist, are on the Google Voice page. Calling with a softphone, Teams or your mobile instead? See HubSpot click to call without Aircall.
The link, the number handling and the /u/0 account choice come from the extension’s code; the exact link is on the Google Voice page. The Google Voice plans come from Google’s plan comparison, and HubSpot’s calling options from HubSpot’s knowledge base, checked on the date below. We haven’t tested the Google Voice side ourselves: what Google Voice does with the link is Google’s behaviour, and it can change.

Not built in. HubSpot’s own calling uses HubSpot minutes or a calling app from its App Marketplace, and its help page on calling apps doesn’t mention Google Voice (checked 4 November 2026). The button opens Google Voice from HubSpot, but the two don’t exchange data.
Yes. The CallerPlugins buttons work on every HubSpot plan. HubSpot’s own calling needs Sales or Service Hub Starter or higher, with a Sales or Service seat; on Starter, a Core Seat also works.
Not with this button: it only starts calls. To send a text, open the conversation in Google Voice itself. Texts aren’t logged in HubSpot either way.
Any plan that can make calls from the web. Free Google Voice, Voice Starter ($10 a month) and Voice Standard ($20 a month) give US numbers and need a @gmail.com account. Voice for Google Workspace costs $10 to $30 per user a month and needs a Workspace subscription (Google’s table, checked 4 November 2026).
CallerPlugins adds nothing to the call; Google Voice bills calls as usual. The buttons are free for 10 uses per tool per month, or 100 for your team once you confirm a company email. Pro, which logs each click in HubSpot, costs €4.99 per user per tool a month (excl. VAT), or less billed yearly.
