Pipedrive has no Zoom Phone integration: its Marketplace app for Zoom only handles meetings. You can still start a Zoom Phone call from any number in Pipedrive, because Zoom answers its own zoomphonecall:// link. Set that link as Pipedrive’s custom phone format, or add a Zoom Phone button that sends each number in international format.
| What you need | What it costs you | Good fit when | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pipedrive’s custom phone link: zoomphonecall://[number] | Pipedrive’s phone call settings and the Zoom Workplace desktop app, signed in with Zoom Phone | Nothing extra on top of Zoom Phone | Your Pipedrive numbers are stored with a country code, such as +31 20 123 4567, and nobody needs a second calling app |
| CallerPlugins Zoom Phone button | Chrome, CallerPlugins for Pipedrive and the Zoom Workplace desktop app | Your Zoom Phone costs. The buttons are free for 10 uses per tool per month, or 100 for your team with a confirmed company email | Numbers come in many formats, you want Zoom next to WhatsApp or Teams buttons, or each click saved in Pipedrive (Pro) |
| A calling app from the Pipedrive Marketplace | An app such as Aircall, JustCall or CloudTalk, with its own numbers | A seat with that provider, on top of Pipedrive | You need recordings, queues or a power dialer, and leaving Zoom Phone is fine |

Start by adding CallerPlugins for Pipedrive to Chrome and confirming your work email. Then pick the setup that matches how your Pipedrive numbers are stored.

Pipedrive lets you choose the link a phone number opens. Because zoomphonecall:// is Zoom’s own link, you don’t have to change a default app in Windows or macOS.
The button cleans the number first and sends it in international format. That is the safer choice when your contacts were imported from different sources.
What the Zoom Phone button sends, and what Zoom needs on your computer, is on the Zoom Phone page. Calling with Teams instead? See calling from Pipedrive with Microsoft Teams.
The zoomphonecall:// link and the number cleaning come from the extension’s code. The Pipedrive phone settings come from Pipedrive’s help article, the link formats and auto-dial from Zoom’s developer documentation, and the Zapier template and the Zoom Meetings app from their own pages, all checked on the date below. We haven’t tested the custom link in Pipedrive against a Zoom Phone account of our own, and menu names can change.

No. The Zoom app in the Pipedrive Marketplace is Zoom Meetings, for scheduling video meetings. Pipedrive’s help centre says it doesn’t offer built-in calling and points to Marketplace apps or a custom phone link (checked 2 November 2026). A zoomphonecall:// link starts the Zoom Phone call instead.
Zoom answers tel:, callto: and zoomphonecall:// links. tel: only reaches Zoom if Zoom is the default app for phone links on your computer, so another calling app can get in the way. zoomphonecall:// goes straight to Zoom, whatever your default app for phone links is.
No. Calling phone numbers needs a Zoom Phone licence and number. Zoom Meetings alone can’t place phone calls.
Zoom documents a zoomphonesms:// link as well, so a second custom link could work in theory. CallerPlugins’ Zoom button only calls; for messages it offers WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram and Signal buttons.
The custom link costs nothing extra. The CallerPlugins buttons are free for 10 uses per tool per month, or 100 for your team once you confirm a company email. Pro, which saves each click as a Pipedrive activity, costs €4.99 per user per tool a month (excl. VAT), or less billed yearly. Calls run through your Zoom Phone plan.
