No. It never reads your chats. If you need messages in Pipedrive, PONI does that for selected messages, and Pipedrive’s own WhatsApp integration syncs whole conversations; it needs the Growth plan or higher (Pipedrive support page, checked 15 October 2026).
With PONI, yes: it works between a Pipedrive tab and a WhatsApp Web tab. CallerPlugins opens WhatsApp Desktop when it is installed and falls back to WhatsApp Web.
The PONI listing shows no update since version 1.0.4 on 21 January 2025, while JONI was last updated on 19 August 2026 (both checked 3 November 2026). An old version can still work fine. But WhatsApp Web changes often, so test PONI on a few contacts before you rely on it for the whole team.
Probably. We have not tested them side by side, but CallerPlugins only adds buttons and never reads WhatsApp, so it should not get in PONI’s way. You could keep PONI for saving notes and use CallerPlugins for calls and quick chats.
